Andy Burnham has appointed John Healey as Chancellor of the Exchequer. Shabana Mahmood remains as Home Secretary while Ed Miliband has been handed the keys to the Foreign Office. Louise Haigh has been named Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster and Minister for the Cabinet Office.
