Bonnie Blue

Bonnie Blue and the truth about Britain’s pro-life movement

Bonnie Blue has achieved something nigh impossible in today’s political landscape – she has united Britain under one singular opinion: unilateral disgust. After faking a pregnancy, the "adult content star" is now, apparently, genuinely expecting a baby due in November. Far from halting her explicit internet sex stunts to prepare for motherhood, Bonnie Blue has doubled down – announcing her intent to host an X-rated "golden baby shower," featuring all manner of bodily fluids. The unborn baby carried in her belly is seemingly to become a fetish prop for a porn party. He’s being exploited for profit within the sex industry before he’s even been born.

Women have never had it so good as now

From our UK edition

Unfortunately, Zoe Strimpel has a great point in Good Slut. Why unfortunately? Because as much as I sympathise with her basic argument, I cannot see many people being persuaded by this scattershot polemic with its myriad errors and alarming glibness. Team slut deserves a better advocate. Whether I want to count myself as one of team slut is a sensitive point. I’m 44: it feels embarrassing. I had my ‘reclaiming sexist slurs’ phase in the late 1990s when I was an aspiring Riot Grrrl and I realised pretty soon that wearing fishnets and calling myself names was not having the disruptive effect on misogyny that I’d hoped for. Strimpel is 43 and, like me, she’s noted the recent turn to conservatism in sexual politics with some alarm.

Does it really matter if Grok undresses us all?

I’ve been fat and I’ve been thin; I’ve been pretty and I’ve been plain – ugly, even. Throughout this, my self-esteem has stayed generally constant, as if you’re going to base it on something as ephemeral as physical beauty, you’re going to run out of road very quickly indeed. This objective attitude to my own appearance reminds me of a funny story from the infant days of the internet. Imagine my surprise one morning to receive a message from an unknown recipient informing me that they had film of me masturbating to online pornography which they would make available to a wider audience should I fail to pay a ransom. (Don’t judge – I was young-ish and frisky and it was all so new – I soon grew out of it.

The John Lennon visa is now the OnlyFans visa

The US created the O-1B visa system in 1972 after John Lennon was nearly deported, and it became clear that there was no immigration system to attract artists to the country. Lennon couldn’t possibly imagine what the system has become now – nearly half the applicants for the O1-B in the last year are OnlyFans models, according to a report published by the nonprofit Florida Phoenix. This makes sense in the Trump 2.0 era, where the President is a game-show host, the War Secretary is a news anchor, Dr. Oz runs Medicare and the former first lady of World Wrestling Entertainment is in charge of the Department of Education. Our cinemas are empty and the average American reads negative five books a year. Bonnie Blue, there’s a luxury condo in Miami waiting for you.

Bonnie Blue: I stand with Nigel Farage

I have sweet memories of Christmas. My dad is proper old-school and would set up the video recorder. I don’t think we’ve ever watched the footage; I don’t know if he was even filming. But we couldn’t do anything until it was filmed. We never had loads of money, but Mum always went above and beyond. There was gold wrapping paper for presents from Santa. My family say I’m impossible to buy for now I’m better off. This year, I’ve asked for Disney princess pajamas. Christmas is a time for me to give back. Last Christmas was a bit of a shock. I was due to be in Australia but was then banned for my sexual stunts. My family was glad because it meant they got me for Christmas. Not that I’m much help. Cooking isn’t my forte.

The NHS is to blame for Bonnie Blue

From our UK edition

Channel 4’s documentary begins as the ‘adult content creator’ Bonnie Blue (real name: Tia Billinger, 26, Derbyshire) prepares to beat the world record of men shagged in 12 hours. Spoiler: she beats it, raising the bar to 1,057, though she was a bit nervous that no one would show up. You might wish to see her cry – because you despise her, or because you need some sign she’s human – but the worst she suffers is a nasty flu. It does somewhat clarify things to discover that Bonnie Blue had been an NHS financial recruiter Bonnie Blue was prohibited from selling the tape on OnlyFans – the porn website where, until recently, she was making more than £1 million a month – because it’s considered an ‘extreme challenge’.
