Lockwood Smith

Rt Hon Sir Lockwood Smith was formerly NZ Agriculture Minister, International Trade Minister, and at various times, Education, Tourism and Deputy Finance Minister. He served as High Commissioner to the UK and Ambassador to Ireland from 2013 to 2017.
