Zyn

The Zoomer Zynergy that brought Trump back

Donald Trump has won the presidency for a second time — but the real surprise is the coalition of voters that put him there. Women showed up less for Kamala Harris than they did for Joe Biden, Trump’s white working-class base didn’t falter, and Arab Americans made their mark in Dearborn, Michigan. But the most notable gains for the GOP, however, were with Hispanic men and young men. With Hispanic men, according to CNN exit polls, the shift is remarkable: from +31 for Hillary Clinton, to +23 for Joe Biden, to +10 to Trump. Lots of credit is due to the burgeoning Spanish-speaking conservative media. With young men, the trend is even more eye-opening.

Inside Tucker Carlson’s ‘Zyn competitor’

The predilections of Pastor Robinson 2024 is proving to be an election year where so much seems to happen and so little seems to change. This week, for example, you might have found yourself alarmed as Donald Trump met the Red Scare girls at a crypto bar in New York (Cockburn agrees that someone should get Barron to convince him to go on the podcast, for what it’s worth).Or you may have drawn a sharp intake of breath as New York magazine placed its Washington correspondent Olivia Nuzzi on leave after, per Nuzzi’s statement to Status, “the nature of some communication” between her and RFK Jr. — what can’t that man do? — “turned personal.

Trump making advances with women

Donald Trump is making strides in all the right places, it seems. Polls indicate he’s making moves among black and Jewish voters in New York State as well as with female voters, while also gaining support in crucial battleground states.According to the New York Post:Surveys from Emerson College and the Hill show the 45th president edging out Biden in Arizona (47 percent — 43 percent), Georgia (45 — 41 percent), Michigan (46 — 45 percent), Nevada (46 — 43 percent), Pennsylvania (47 — 45 percent) and Wisconsin (47 — 44 percent). In all six states, Trump’s lead has either remained the same or grown from the outlet’s polls taken last month, before he was convicted by a Manhattan jury on thirty-four business fraud charges.

Is Washington’s war on Zyn ‘election interference?’

A touching tale The anti-porn crusade is claiming more territory. Kentucky lost access to Pornhub earlier this month, with Indiana, Idaho and Kansas to join them a week from today and Nebraska to miss out from July 17.Those states join seven others — Arkansas, Mississippi, Montana, North Carolina, Texas, Utah and Virginia — where residents can’t access the world’s thirteenth most visited website, as they have passed or are passing laws that mandate age verification through uploading a government ID. Pornhub pulls access to locations that pass these laws in protest, as the company feels that on-device age verification is “the only effective solution for protecting minors and adults alike,” whereas uploading a government ID opens up users to the risk of data breaches.

Kari Lake razes the Arizona GOP

Cockburn was sad to scratch out the AZGOP Freedom Fest from his calendar, which was due to take place tonight and be headlined by former president Donald Trump. “Regrettably, the AZGOP Freedom Fest 2024 has been canceled as President @realDonaldTrump is required to attend to court obligations.”  He was hoping to see the nation’s most self-immolating state party up close, in a week where their top Senate candidate Kari Lake leaked a private recording she had made of a conversation with Arizona GOP chair Jeff DeWit. In the recording DeWit appears to be offering to pay Lake to drop out of the Senate race and run for governor again in two years instead.

Chuck Schumer will rue the day he declared war on Zyn

In the words of Spartan King Leonidas, later adopted by gun enthusiasts and made most famous at the Battle of Gonzalez in the Texas Revolution: come and take it! New York senator Chuck Schumer gave a press conference earlier this week calling for a federal crackdown on nicotine pouches and their most popular brand Zyn. Schumer managed to conjure up ignorance, immorality and misplaced priorities in calling Zyn “a pouch full of problems” and asking the Federal Trade Commission and Food and Drug Administration to investigate Zyn for “concerns relating to marketing and health effects.” Zyn is a tobacco-less nicotine pouch made of salt powder that is very popular on college campuses, on X — and honestly with me and all my friends.
